Today, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) released the President’s Management Agenda (PMA) Impact Report on Performance.gov. In 2021, the President’s Management Council launched the Biden-Harris PMA, a framework for delivering a government that works better for all Americans. The impact report summarizes the progress the PMA has made across its three core priorities:

  • Strengthening and Empowering the Federal Workforce
  • Delivering Excellent, Equitable, and Secure Federal Services and Customer Experience
  • Managing the Business of Government

The Federal Government has taken bold steps to empower the federal workforce and improve the recruitment and retention of top talent. Agencies have implemented innovative solutions to enhance customer experience, such as streamlining access to critical services and using technology to meet people where they are. By managing the business of government more effectively, the government has strengthened procurement, improved financial stewardship, and invested in infrastructure to build a more resilient future.

These priorities have guided efforts to foster a more collaborative and transparent government and improve outcomes for the American people. For more information, see the White House Fact Sheet on the PMA’s impact and how the Biden-Harris Administration has modernized government service delivery.
