In this role, she provides strategic technical leadership and programmatic expertise to USAID-supported global health country programs under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). Her positions included Agency Lead for Tanzania, South Africa, and India; Technical Lead for Maternal and Pediatric HIV testing services; and Clinical Lead for Orphans and Vulnerable Children Programming.

She led the design and expansion of a comprehensive HIV clinical and community-based program in India, which resulted in improved access to essential health services for adults and children. Dr. Srivastava received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Medical Degree from Ohio University and a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
